We are a team of highly experienced and qualified nurses with strong understanding of the needs of participants with disability, mental health conditions, health issues, and developmental delay problems. We are specialised in community nursing, wound care, mental health, rehab, cardiology, and people living with chronic illness.
We have qualified chefs who have expertise in working at various healthcare settings and can prepare customised and freshly meals according to participants’ dietary requirement. Our disability support workers have 15+ years of experience in providing high level of care and support to people living with disability, health issues and mental health conditions. Our workers have worked in various care facilities and are specialised in 1:1 care and support with participants with high complex care needs.
RDG&S CARE’ primary focus is to provide individuals and their families with safe and high-quality support. Our staff include highly qualified and well-trained disability support workers and support coordinators with experience in evidence-based and person-centred care that underpin our practice.
Our care starts within 48 hours after request received online or in person. We offer a wide range of high-quality in-home care and community access services flexibility to suit your needs from social support overnight care, respite care or domestic help. We deliver our services to all age groups from 7-over 65 years.
Our Mission
RDG&S CARE’ primary mission is to assist participants to become more independent in their homes and communities and allowing them to have control over how they choose to live their life and use the supports. Our goal is to keep our participants at the centre of their support needs. We can achieve this through a person-centered approach with compassion, efficiency active listening, and capacity building of each participant.
